SEN Behaviour Support Assistant Primary School Chiswick

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience with children exhibiting challenging behaviours is preferred along with familiarity with various behaviour management techniques.
- Strong communication skills and a positive resilient approach are essential for building rapport with students staff and families.
- A commitment to promoting an inclusive educational environment that celebrates diversity.
- Patience empathy and a genuine passion for helping students overcome learning barriers are vital.
- A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is required for the safety of students.
