About the Role

The Sales & Onboarding Executive role at Moove is a pivotal position responsible for driving the companys growth by acquiring and onboarding new customers. This role combines the skills of a dynamic salesperson and a meticulous onboarding specialist. The Sales & Onboarding Executive will engage with potential customers understand their needs and present Mooves innovative solutions. Additionally theyll lead the onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition for customers as they adopt the platform. This role demands strong communication relationshipbuilding and project management skills to effectively bring new clients into the Moove ecosystem while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

What Youll be Doing

Deliver 100% satisfaction inperson support to our drivers.

Walk drivers through onboarding and all of the tools to be successful

Help brand the Moove name and get drivers excited

Stay on top of Moove policies and procedures

Register new drivers and review accurate drivers information while ensuring compliance with Moove standards.

Welcome and greet customers delightfully.

Accurately describe Mooves product features and benefits to drivers.

Ensure all onboarded drivers are transferred to the Moove Fleet account.

Resolve driver related issues.

Work with the City Fleet Manager in building harmonious relations between drivers.

Build driver funnel dashboard for new driver acquisition across various channels

Manage driver referral and incentive schemes.

Manage driver agency relationships to ensure they met company KPIs.

What You will need for this position

A Bachelors degree in any field such as sales marketing operations or any related fields.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations supply chain logistics or marketplace experience in the mobility or tech industry.

Freshers are also Welcome

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with others at all levels of the organisation and externally.

Must be customer servicecentric.

Must possess basic administration skills.

Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.

Key Metrics
Daily retention targets as % of return walkins

Weekly churn targets

Daily Ticket resolutions for DPs basis physical and remote interactions

Daily Driver performance basis supply hour and trip targets of the city

Daily helping DPs increase earnings if SH is at optimal level monitored via week on week DP earnings

Overall DP portfolio monitoring basis allocated count of DPs/

Directly reporting to our Line Manager and closely working with our Department Team.
