Job Description
ki:elements pioneers speechbased biomarkers as tools for clinical research. We embed our speech biomarkers in various usage scenarios and work with top players in the pharmaceutical digital health and other industries.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled student to join our team as a software development hiwi for 6 months.
Tasks
- Contribute to the development of our internal Python library for speech processing in Arabic Hindi or Telugu.
- Collaborate with our team to design and implement languagespecific processing tools and algorithms.
- Support various text processing tasks including tokenization language modelling sentiment analysis and automatic speech recognition.
- Write efficient scalable code and ensure highquality performance for language processing tasks.
- Assist in testing debugging and optimizing the library for improved accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Native in at least one of the following languages: Arabic Hindi or Telugu.
- Currently based in Germany.
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) language modelling or ASR technologies.
- Passionate about solving complex linguistic and technical challenges.
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to work independently and responsibly.
