About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and bilingual (German & English) Senior Brand Copywriter to join our creative team on a freelance basis. Proficiency in French is a plus. The ideal candidate has extensive experience creating compelling copy for luxury brands thrives in fastpaced earlystage startup environments and brings a blend of agency and eCommerce expertise. You will craft and localize engaging content across channels capturing brand voice and driving customer engagement for premium markets.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Bilingual Brand Storytelling: Develop and articulate a unique and consistent brand voice in both German and English across web email social media and marketing campaigns ensuring localization for each market. French proficiency is a bonus.
- Luxury & eCommerce Copy Creation: Craft persuasive engaging and refined copy for product pages digital ads product descriptions landing pages and customer touchpoints that speak to highend consumers.
- Campaign Ideation & Development: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing design and product to conceptualize and execute campaigns that elevate the brand and drive conversions.
- Localization & Cultural Adaptation: Tailor messaging to resonate with diverse audiences ensuring cultural relevance sensitivity and brand alignment in all markets served.
- SEO Best Practices: Optimize copy for search engines without sacrificing brand voice ensuring a perfect balance between discoverability and premium appeal.
- Editing & Proofreading: Ensure all content is polished errorfree and consistent with brand guidelines maintaining a high standard for both German and English content.
- Agile Execution: Work with speed and efficiency to meet tight deadlines supporting multiple projects typical of earlystage startups and dynamic agency environments.
- Trend & Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends luxury market shifts and competitive positioning to drive innovative copy strategies.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Native or nearnative fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is an added advantage.
- Experience: Minimum of 57 years of experience in brand copywriting with a portfolio highlighting luxury brand work agency engagements and premium eCommerce projects.
- Startup & Agency Background: Proven experience working in fastpaced earlystage startups and/or dynamic agency settings with a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple priorities.
- Luxury Brand Expertise: Deep understanding of luxury market dynamics consumer expectations and the art of highend storytelling.
- Exceptional Writing & Localization Skills: Ability to craft culturally tailored impactful and persuasive copy in multiple languages.
- SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO and how it applies to eCommerce and brand content.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven experience working in multidisciplinary teams contributing to creative and strategic projects collaboratively.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Comfort working in evolving environments meeting quick turnarounds and adapting to new challenges inherent to startup and agency landscapes.
