This role involves a mix of administrative human resources and facilities management tasks requiring a person who can multitask and adapt in a fastpaced environment. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support *Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. *Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. *Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. *Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment. Human Resources Assistance *Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees. *Help enforce company policies and procedures. *Manage employee records and coordinate teambuilding activities. *Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR matters. Facilities Management *Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the office space. *Coordinate with vendors service providers and building management. *Ensure safety procedures are followed and that office equipment is functioning properly. Financial Support *Assist in budgeting and tracking office expenses. *Prepare expense reports and assist with invoicing and billing as needed. *Reconcile petty cash and manage expense documentation. *Manage Daily Labor Event Planning and Coordination *Plan and organize inoffice events team meetings lunches anniversaries and other company gatherings. *Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for employees. Qualifications: *Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field is preferred. *Proven experience as an Office Manager Administrative Assistant or similar role for a minimum of five (5) years. *Strong proficiency in office software including MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) and Google Workspace. *Excellent written and verbal communication skills. *Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a high attention to detail. *Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. *Impeccable work ethic: accountable honest disciplined and punctual.
