Job Description
El Segundo CA (work 4 days a week Monday to Thursday in the office)
Responsible for the full lifecycle of development tasks analyze design and code businessrelated solutions as well as core architectural changes using an Agile programming approach resulting in software delivered to tight deadlines.
Participate and contribute to design discussions and code reviews.
Understand changing priorities and be forwardthinking in context switching.
Build positive relationships with other team members collaborate and communicate effectively to reach successful outcomes
Utilize problemsolving skills to help your peers in the research and selection of tools products and frameworks (which is vital to support business initiatives)
37 years of proven handson fullstack development expertise with both a scripting (e.g. Python) and OOP (e.g. C Java) programming language
Comfortable working in an agile software delivery environment with Git and with exposure to CI / CD tools (e.g. Github Docker Jenkins)
Experience with various JavaScript frameworks including but not limited to Vue.js React and Angular. Ability to adapt to new frameworks and libraries as needed.
Experience with messaging systems across application stack (e.g. Kafka)
Proficiency in developing deploying and troubleshooting applications in both Linux and Windows environments. This includes familiarity with commandline interfaces scripting and system administration tasks on both platforms.
Strong software experience in developing and a proven track record of delivering fullstack cloudbased applications.
Demonstrated ability to build and deploy microservices in a scalable high throughput workflow.
Passion for clean maintainable code and always looking to improve your engineering skills in fastpaced ambiguous environments.
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or another STEM field.
