Job Description
Location: Overland Park KS (Remote)
Duration: 46 Months
W2 70/hr
Rate: $85.00 Per Hour C2C All Inclusive
New Capgemini Onboarding Process Updates:
Due to additional onboarding requirements a meet and greet is required for all new hires.
Selected candidates must be willing to go to the closest Capgemini/Client office location as indicated by the project team to meet and greet with a Capgemini team member prior to starting their assignment.
If the candidate is not local Capgemini will pay the expenses.
Job Description:
Our organization is currently in the process of upgrading our Payroll Systems from PeopleSoft 9.2 On Premises to Oracle HCM Cloud.
We are seeking an experienced Data Conversion Mapping Specialist to join our team and assist in mapping data from the old system to the new system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both PeopleSoft payroll and Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll with experience in data mapping and conversion.
This is a shortterm assignment and is needed through data conversion mapping efforts.
Responsibilities:
Work with the project team to understand the scope of the data conversion requirements.
Understand conversion templates provided by implementing partners.
Articulate the difference between People 9.2 On prem payroll system to Oracle HCM Cloud payroll.
Map data from the fields in PeopleSoft to the corresponding fields in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
Consult with the project team on mapping from People 9.2 On prem payroll system to Oracle HCM Cloud payroll.
Assist with identifying and cleaning up any data quality issues in PeopleSoft before migrating the data to Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
Provide input to the data conversion team on data transformation routines that are maintained by the BV data team.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
5 years of experience in data mapping and conversion.
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft 9.2 On Premises and Oracle HCM Cloud.
Experience with data conversion tools and techniques.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
