Dutes as above 5 years experience preferred 4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT CRT BLS ACLS etc) RRT preferred BLS PALS NRP 5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone Is call required If so how often Are weekends required) will work alone shifts arecall. Floating to other units/departments. (If so to which units/departments) 7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept. 25 bed critical access hospital 8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only) 9. Dress Code:gray scrubs 10. Comments:No scheduled nights. Will have call for emergencies. 12 hour shifts 0630 to 1900. Call. 3 12 hour shifts a week. 3 call shifts. Every other weekend. *Will need MN RT license RRT (preferred) PALS BLS ACLS and NRP. (Location will take local candidates. Bill rate will be xx8 less.)
