Job Description
Candidate will install operate maintain repair and modify equipment.
They will performs variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment integrated systems and subsystems and software at customer and/or field locations.
They will analyze and evaluate products and related performance.
They will troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.
They will install upgrade and remove products ensuring coordinative engineering field change.
Specific Job Description:
Performs depot level repairs modifications refurbishments of specific components .
Performs electrical rework/repair of cable harnesses electrical wires and circuit card assemblies.
Operates automated or general purpose test equipment (oscilloscopes multimeters network analyzers and waveform generators) and uses knowledge of basic AC/DC theory to read interpret engineering drawings and schematics to conduct fault isolation of faulty components.
Completes work IAW engineering drawings schematics Repair Component Procedures (RCPs) Field Advisory Bulletins(FABs) and Contactor Installation Procedures (CIPs)
Documents work in automated maintenance data collection systems IAW Apache Fire Control processes and procedures
Performs test and checkout of mechanical electrical structural hydraulic subsystems and complete systems.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent experience/combined education with additional technical training sufficient to perform preventive and demand maintenance tasks and less than 1 Year of experience.
1 Year of experience with policies and procedures for the control of Government property
1 Year of experience with properly safety wire assemblies and connectors
1 Year of experience soldering and repair cables and harnesses
1 Year of experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs
Ability to lift 35 pounds.
Ability to adapt to dynamic and frequently changing customer requirements
Safety shoes required for this position.

Solder certification to JSTD001 IPC7711/IPC7721
