Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Test Manager to lead testing efforts for enterpriselevel implementations ensuring compliance with bank regulatory standards and delivering highquality solutions. The ideal candidate will design comprehensive test strategies oversee testing teams and collaborate across business technology and vendor stakeholders to achieve seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement endtoend test strategies covering client operational and vendor processes.
- Lead thirdparty vendors for enterpriselevel implementation projects.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide actionable insights to resolve them effectively.
- Build and manage diverse testing teams including automation and manual testers.
- Establish standards for automation tools and testing methodologies.
- Define and execute testing strategies and methodologies ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Utilize test case management tools (e.g. QTest) to manage testing activities and track progress.
- Track analyze and report testing metrics ensuring visibility of overall testing status.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Bank Regulatory Compliance particularly 1071.
- Expertise in creating comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Proficiency in coordinating testing resources and execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in requirements traceability defect tracking and reporting.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in formal testing roles including 4 years in test management.
- Familiarity with testing metrics and test case management tools such as QTest.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the financial and banking sectors.
