Overview:
The Team Leader in Real Estate plays a crucial role in leading and managing a team of real estate agents to ensure the successful operation and growth of the real estate business. They are responsible for providing guidance support and motivation to the team while also overseeing daytoday operations implementing strategies and driving performance to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate agents providing training coaching and support
- Set sales targets develop objectives and implement strategies to drive sales performance
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure high productivity and accountability
- Coordinate and oversee marketing efforts to promote properties and attract potential buyers or tenants
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with real estate agents to develop pricing strategies for properties based on market analysis
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws regulations and ethical standards
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as necessary
- Stay updated on market trends property values and industry best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Real Estate or a related field
- Proven experience in real estate sales and a track record of achieving sales targets
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success
