Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Education or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development.
Experience in Real Estate is must.
Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
Excellent communication presentation and project management skills.
Experience with elearning platforms and training software.
Key responsibilities:
Marketing Materials: Designing brochures flyers billboards and social media graphics to showcase properties and real estate services.
Branding: Maintaining a consistent brand image across all platforms through logos color schemes and typography.
Presentations & Reports: Designing visually appealing presentations for stakeholders and clients.
Website & UI Design: Collaborating with web developers to create userfriendly and attractive websites.
Photography & Video Editing: Enhancing property listings with highquality visuals for promotional campaigns.
Email Campaigns: Designing visually engaging email templates to attract leads and promote property listings.
Infographics: Creating infographics to present market data property comparisons or real estate trends in a digestible format.
Property Signage: Designing attractive onsite signage including For Sale or Open House boards to capture attention.
Virtual Staging: Using design software to digitally furnish or enhance property images for listings providing potential buyers a vision of the space.
Event Branding: Designing promotional materials for open houses property expos or client events including banners invitations and promotional items.
Interactive Media: Creating interactive presentations or virtual tours to provide an immersive experience for prospective buyers.
Social Media Ads: Crafting eyecatching paid ad visuals for platforms like Facebook Instagram and Google Ads to boost lead generation.
3D Renderings: Designing realistic 3D models or floor plans of properties for use in promotional materials especially for projects under construction.
Brochure & Catalog Layouts: Developing multipage brochures or property catalogs that highlight listings in an organized and visually appealing way.
Internal Communication: Designing materials for internal use such as company newsletters training manuals or corporate presentations.
