FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Framingham is seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Director/Physical Therapist to join our team. FYZICAL Framingham is scheduled to open this winter and we have taken our time to cultivate the ideal space and team necessary to build the foundation for this clinic and our next. The Clinical Director position is crucial to the success of the business and we re seeking someone equally compassionate and driven to step into this role. Bringing with you a background in management and clinical experience you will collaborate on the setup and operation of our new location in Framingham ultimately running the daytoday patient care as we grow.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Lead Clinical Team And Operations
- Develop a highperforming team that consistently delivers exceptional patient outcomes
- Lead and supervise PTAs ATCs technicians and students
- Learn and utilize the FYZICAL proprietary treatment methodology
- Adhere to the company s guidelines and best practices for clinical operations billing and documentation
- Refine and continuously improve the clinical operations/procedures to ensure highquality care and smooth and timely patient flow
- Manage clinic practices to achieve key performance indicators; maintain areas with positive results and collaborate to troubleshoot operational challenges
Perform Physical Therapy
- Perform new patient evaluations and exams
- Diagnose and evaluate physical activity limitations
- Establish a plan of care with goal(s) and time frame
- Carry out treatment plans measure track and report treatment progress and intervention effectiveness adjusting as appropriate
- Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care
- Measure and track intervention effectiveness
- Keep timely documentation including but not limited to daily notes weekly reports initial evaluations discharge summaries
Engage With Community
- Promote growth by interacting with patients and the community
- Plan and conduct awareness and educational speaking engagements on PT and/or screenings for community groups
Requirements
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Current Massachusetts PT license in good standing
- Able to deliver exceptional care with compassion and a cheerful perspective
- Passionate about helping patients who have vestibular balance neurological and fall risk issues
- 3 years of experience with a background in adult outpatient settings preferred
- Experience with vestibular/postconcussion patient population is preferred but not required
- Experience with or interest in developing expertise in pelvic health PT is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment
- Selfmotivated with a desire to learn
- Has a business mindset and wants to bring a CEO approach to the role
