The Opportunity
We are a dynamic and fastgrowing digital content platform dedicated to the Indian Esports industry. We focus on producing highquality content covering everything from game updates team highlights industry news and drama to player profiles and esports events. As we continue to grow we re looking for a passionate and talented Script Writer to join our team.

Role:Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write engaging clear and creative scripts for a variety of esports content including but not limited to YouTube videos live streams podcasts and social media.
- Research: Conduct indepth research on the latest trends developments and updates in the Indian and global esports scene. Stay updated on major tournaments players teams and industry news.
- Industry News & Drama: Monitor esports drama controversies and community discussions creating timely informed content that resonates with our audience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with video producers editors and content creators to ensure that the scripts are aligned with visual storytelling and the overall tone of our brand.
- SEO Optimization: Create content that is SEOfriendly optimizing keywords and topics to increase search visibility and audience reach.
- Adaptability: Write for a variety of formats and platforms including shortform scripts for social media longform scripts for documentaries and interviewbased content.
Requirements
- Proven experience in scriptwriting preferably within the gaming or esports industry.
- Passion for the esports scene deeply understanding Indian and global esports cultures.
- Strong research skills and an ability to quickly grasp complex topics and trends.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with content platforms such as YouTube Twitch and social media channels.
- Knowledge of SEO and online content best practices is a plus.
Bonus:
- Previous experience as a gamer streamer or involvement in esports communities.
- Knowledge of popular esports titles like Valorant BGMI CS Dota 2 and others.
referred Education Qualification: B.Tech/BCA/BE and equivalent. Required Experience & Qualification: 2 to 3 years. Skills: Effective communication skills including a solid understanding of English grammar and professional writing ability. Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Doc, sheet (particularly Microsoft Word, Google sheet and Doc). Good understanding of SEO and content management systems. Ability to work with large data sets. An ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere. Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems. Self-motivated and enjoys working in a fast-paced and results-driven Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, report and act on data. Innovative, inquisitive and effective problem solver. Communication to team on project development, timelines, and results Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages Report to SEO Team Leads with successes, progress and project completion. Basic Knowledge of HTML. Ability to work on CMS to publish the content on the pages and fix the basic on page issues like Title, Description, Heading ( H1 to H6) , anchor text etc. The person should know how to do text formatting, table formatting and implementation of superscripts and subscript in Google doc as well as in Microsoft word.
