1. Branch Operations Management:
- Support Daily Operations: Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently, and according to company policies and standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor the operational processes to ensure they are streamlined and cost-effective. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
- Problem Resolution: Address operational issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to branch services or performance.
