Salesforce Developer - Security Service Industry - Remote Work Mode

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enhancements including the development of custom objects apex classes triggers workflows and batch classes.
• Design develop and maintain Salesforce sales and service cloud solutions lightning pages visualforce Force.com pages and Integration with on premise or third party solutions using REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Work closely with Group CRM to implement technology solutions to meet the needs of the business.
• Use and enforce sound development practices and ensure quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
• Ownership of the development and documentation of technical solutions throughout their lifecycle
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for security service solutions
• Design develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex Lightning components and Visualforce
• Implement and maintain security features including user management data security and compliance controls
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce implementations and customizations
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by end users and providing technical support
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates security best practices and industry regulations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce solutions and best practices
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of thirdparty Salesforce AppExchange products
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives
• Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices
• Lead the implementation of securityrelated initiatives and projects within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Ensure adherence to security and privacy policies and regulations

Technical Experience :

• 310 years of development experience with Force.com and Lightning Platform.
• Agile implementation experience.
• Apex Visualforce Triggers and database architecture expertise.
• Business process optimization through technology and integration leadership.
• Understanding of web services (REST & SOAP) data modeling and integrating external platforms to salesforce.
• Onsiteoffshore development experience.
• Certifications that will help : Platform developer Sales cloud consultant Einstein Analytics
• Middleware solutions knowledge with Salesforce and other CRM/ERP applications.
• Einstein Analytics and CRMA experience is advantageous

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related field
• Salesforce.com Developer or Administrator certification
• Proven experience in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions for the security service industry
• Proficiency in Apex Lightning Web Components Visualforce and Salesforce APIs
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security model role hierarchy profiles and permission sets
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and using web services (REST SOAP)
• Strong knowledge of data security encryption and compliance standards
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform
• Experience in Agile development methodologies and tools
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for remote work environment
• Strong understanding of industryspecific security regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools for Salesforce
