Job Description
Position: Certified Medical Assistant Family Medicine
Start Date: 12/2/2024
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Newport NH 03773
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 8
Shift Notes: Days; MondayFriday 40hr gt
Weekend Requirements: None

Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 75mile radius restriction)

**Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
** Traveler must be willing to work TWO of the following: Thanksgiving and the weekend after Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and the weekend after New Years Eve/New Years Day and the weekend after
The center offers primary care pediatrics gynecology occupational health laboratory Xray mammography and rehabilitative services. We are a small yet fastpaced rural healthcare clinic meeting the needs of this community!
- Experience in basic office skills is required data entry skills are preferred.
- Working knowledge of Windowsbased PC applications is required.
- Experience in surgical scheduling procedures etc. is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take direction.
- Demonstrated ability to read and follow written/verbal directions.
- Sensitive to diverse cultures and cultural differences.
- Knowledge of community services.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to fastpaced multifaceted position.
- Good telephone communication skills.
- Must be flexible to cover vacations and earned time absences.
- Flexible hours are required.
- Selfmotivated and able to be independent and flexible within a team framework.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Must be able to speak and write the English language understandably.
Submission Requirements
- 2 years of CMA experience in a clinical setting in family practice
- MUST be a CERTIFIED Medical Assistant
- Previous travel experience Preferred
- Traveler must have their vehicle for this assignment
