In collaboration with the Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe quality care for patients/residents according to an individualized care plan that supports patient/resident outcomes. Treats all patients/residents with dignity and respect. Know follow and maintain resident rights. Assists with oversight of nonclinical and support staff personnel.

• (20)* Assesses patient health care needs nursing care requirements and the delivery of nursing care for all assigned patients recognizing the specific individual needs of neonatal pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric patients.

• (20%)* Implements nursing actions following established standards of nursing practice and established policy.
• (20%)* Evaluates the effectiveness of nursing care to ensure responsible and appropriate care is rendered to patients.

• 2 years of experience Required
• Prior Travel Preferred
• First to float Required!
• Epic Experience Highly Preferred

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory Reference Forms taken within the last two years
• License/Certifications (MI LARA & BLS ACLS AHA)
