Duties And Responsibilities
- Review and process vendor invoices for payment.
- Confirm appropriate approvals and coding of invoices.
- Process employee expense reports including verification of receipts business purpose and compliance with the firms reimbursement policy.
- Maintain vendor records set up new vendors and ensure compliance with regulatory and firm requirements.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve any invoice discrepancies.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable ledger with general ledger balances.
- Allocate expenses to client matters when applicable ensuring proper coding for client billing and reporting.
- Maintain organized and accessible records of all payable transactions for compliance and auditing.
- Work closely with attorneys legal staff and the accounting team to address inquiries and provide support related to payables.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.

Education And Experience - High School Diploma/GED (Required).
- Minimum of 3 years relevant accounting experience (Required) in a legal setting (Preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Required).
Physical Requirements - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Work Environment - This position reports to work inperson at our downtown Orlando office.
