Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
- Familiar with all procurement activities and provisions such as HVAC plumbing & Firefighting systems for building construction Projects.
- Study the project scope of works clients' requirement BOQ project mile to procure equipment materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.
- To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budgeted cost.
- To ensure timely delivery of equipment material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program
- All procurement process should comply with management approved procedures and policies with respect to time cost and quality.
- Prepare documentation for internal process as per company Standards.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.
- 10 to 15 years similar experience in MEP contracting company in the Middle East region
- Effective communication skills
