Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate exceptional technical competency in real estate partnership corporate fiduciary and high net worth individual tax.
- Client Service: Provide expert advice and guidance to highnetworth clients and their entities.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop staff ensuring their professional growth.
- Business Development: Contribute to firm growth through client acquisition and relationship management.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in public accounting specializing in real estate and high net worth tax.
- Certifications: CPA required; JD or Masters in taxation preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of California and multistate tax rules tax software and tax research.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
