Job Description
Our client is a topranked boutique CPA firm specializing in the nonprofit sector. Were committed to providing exceptional services to our clients while offering a collaborative and flexible work environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute audits in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit clients serving as their primary point of contact
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations
- Communicate project status effectively and meet deadlines
- Travel to client sites as needed (hybrid model)
- Participate in firm training and development activities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
- CPA or actively working towards CPA certification
- Proven track record of success in auditing nonprofit organizations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for making a positive impact in the nonprofit sector
- Competitive salary of $150$250K plus good bonus structure
