Job Description:
As the Managing Director for Augmentjobs you will lead and oversee the companys venture capital investment strategy managing a portfolio of earlystage startups and emerging growth companies. The role involves developing and executing investment strategies sourcing deals conducting due diligence and providing guidance to portfolio companies. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with investors entrepreneurs and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in venture capital extensive industry networks and leadership experience in managing teams and scaling investment portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of venture capital investment strategies

Source and identify potential investment opportunities

Conduct thorough due diligence on startups and emerging growth companies

Manage and oversee the performance of portfolio companies

Build and maintain relationships with investors entrepreneurs and other stakeholders

Guide portfolio companies in strategy growth and financial planning

Monitor market trends and industry developments for new investment opportunities

Represent Augmentjobs in industry events and networking engagements

Salary Range: $300000 to $400000 with performancebased incentives
