Job Description
Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a locum Hem/Onc provider to start covering starting as soon as credentialed. Details are listed below.
- Schedule: 3 clinic days (MF) 8:004:30 some weekends and night call (infrequent)
Setting: - Setting: Inpatient consults and Outpatient Clinic
Reason for coverage: LOA
Call schedule: - Reason for coverage: LOA
- Call schedule: weekends: 23 per year/nights 1:10
- Adults/Geriatric
- 80% Hem 20% Onc *no internal Med
- 10 physicians in practice 8 APPs
- 10 PPD for hospital 15 for outpatient
- Level I Trauma
- EMR: Epic
**Trinity Health does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees.**
Requirement description : Board Certified Required
CT license Required (will not accept IMLC right now)
Local no flights Highly Preferred
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Connecticut
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : As part of schedule
