Join our dynamic team at Smart Inc where we create unforgettable experiences for our clients! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ride Maintenance Technician to ensure the safety and functionality of our attractions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of rides and attractions to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on various ride systems including mechanical electrical and hydraulic components.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and enhance guest experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inspections and repairs in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure rides are ready for operation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance preferably in an amusement park or similar environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
