Role: Business Analyst
Location: Columbus Ohio Hybrid Schedule 2 Days in office (typically Wednesday and Thursday)
Visa: All Visa Except TN and CPT

Description:
Under general direction as part of team provides program technical assistance to information technology professionals in developing scope and requirements outlined in system requirements document and/or reviews design documents created by information technology professionals and/or conducts system tests to ensure expected output and/or assists in data conversion if current system exists and/or assists in implementation of new/enhanced system with affected entities and/or provides help desk customer service for assigned process automation project and in addition keeps abreast of changes in program policies pertinent to assigned process automation project(s).
Remains current in program policy changes; provides program technical assistance to other IT Services personnel state agency partners and contractors by developing scope and requirements outlined in system requirements document; reviews design documents; plans develops and recommends performance criteria and test case scenarios (e.g. creates realistic scripts and business use cases); conducts systems tests to ensure expected outcomes and to test user scenarios; assists with data conversion from current child serving automated systems; assists in implementation of new system; interprets federal and state statutes to ensure compliance in automated system design; develops procedure and user manuals; provides help desk customer service to system users; responds to inquiries regarding system user issues; updates reference tables and security profiles.
