Purpose:
Ensure our clients receive a worldclass experience by providing training and ongoing support regarding product functionality new features updates and troubleshooting. This role involves handling incoming calls and support requests from customers seeking technical assistance and conducting training sessions to educate clients on the effective use of our products and services. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing the value clients derive from our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot support issues via email and phone.
- Deliver training to new and existing clients.
- Nurture existing client relationships by providing support and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Support the Onboarding and Implementation Team with the configuration of the PMS for clients.
- Occasionally travel for onsite customer training at properties.
- Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of the companys functionality.
- Keep abreast of new features enhancements and integrations.
- Consider innovative ways to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Help integrate new joiners into the team through system training advice and guidance.
- Attend product training and workshops to stay updated on product developments and grow personal knowledge.
- Assist crossfunctional teams with product support as required.
