Job Description
Hiring for the jobs for the position of Air Ticketing / Ground Staff / Cabin Crew / male and female as Maintenance Engineer/Airport Management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Greet passengers respond to their queries and provide assistance at the airport.
Ensure smooth checkin baggage handling and boarding processes for flights.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving passenger complaints and concerns efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the airport terminals.
Collaborate with other ground staff members to ensure seamless operations.
Preferred candidate profile:
Minimum 102 or a Graduate
Excellent Communication skills if you know other Language will be a added advantage
Age minimum 18 years.
Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Please submit the scan copy of the following documents on the date of interview.
1. All qualification certificates (till highest).
2. Proof of your residential Address.
3. Proof of your date of birth (i.e. birth certificate or pan card).
4. Two colour passport size photographs.
5. Passport (optional).
6. Gate Pass (as per company).
7. Interview Letter (as per company).
8. Medical Certificate (as per company after interview).
9. Experience letter and salary details (in case of experienced candidates).
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: 12th diploma or graduates from a recognized university.
Result awaited and exampending candidates are eligible.
If at any stage before or during the Employment of a Candidate it is found that the requisite qualification is not completed from a Recognized Board or University as determined by Airlines such candidate s Offer for Employment or Employment is liable to be withdrawn or terminated.
Desired Skills: Good Communication Skills Customer Service Aptitude and Open to work in rotational shifts able to work under pressure.
Airport Operations Experience Preferred.
No Visible Tattoo marks/ body art
