Job Description
Job Title: Floor Tech
Work Location: Moncks Corner SC
Job Type: Contact/Fulltime
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Meet physical and sensory requirements stated below and be able to work in the described environment.
Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience enhance workflow and/or improve the work environment.
Keep the floors looking neat and cared for by buffing stripping waxing scrubbing and finishing as scheduled.
Maintain and use equipment and supplies properly reporting any defects or repairs that need to be made.
Other special projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills
Preferred Skills: Experience working with elderly residents not required but preferred.
Salary: $ ranges based on experience
