Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise:
- Extensive handson experience with the Mendix platform including advanced development deployment and integration.
- Strong understanding of Mendix s best practices performance optimization techniques and troubleshooting methods.
- Development Experience:
- Solid experience in designing and building scalable secure and highperformance Mendix applications.
- Proficiency in Mendix Modeler including complex logic and microflows integration with external systems and user interface design.
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills:
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Mentorship & Collaboration:
- Proven ability to mentor and guide junior and midlevel developers promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and business stakeholders.
- Project Management:
- Ability to lead projects and work within agile development methodologies to deliver highquality solutions on time.
- Experience with version control tools and project management platforms.
- Certifications:
- Mendix certifications (e.g. Mendix Advanced Developer certification) preferred.
