Customer Service:
Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email.
Providing exceptional service and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
Resolving customer concerns and issues promptly.
Administration Tasks:
Managing administrative responsibilities including but not limited to lodging postage refunds.
Utilizing the Australia Post portal for processing and tracking shipments.
Assisting with various tasks based on individual capabilities and business needs.
Processing customer refunds on Shopify.
Previous experience in customer service and/or administration. Dedication to delivering excellent customer service. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Adaptability and a willingness to handle diverse administrative tasks. Reliable internet connection.
