Job Description
- Receive and process orders from zalo/email
- Follow lead time of all orders from Purchase team to feedback to sales and customers promptly.
- Assist in negotiating and rescheduling if there is any change in delivery.
- Prepare relevant documents for customers and factory.
- Entry data of purchase order list
- Support Sales and Factory with sample requests issues and feedback from customers.
- Manage inventories and make reports if required.
Requirements
- Education: University/College degree
- Competent in computer and some common office application software
- At least 1 year s experience in Sales Admin/ Customer Service.
- Language: able to communicate in English with speaking and writing skills.
- Dynamic Persuasive Resilient Driven and willing to take on new challenges.
