Document and log all support requests on Office Amp
Diagnose and resolve hardware software and networkrelated issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to vendor support teams when necessary.
Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved.
Monitor system performance and proactively respond to alerts.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates and system checks.
Assist in deploying configuring and testing new software and hardware.
Monitor systems for unauthorized access or unusual activity and escalate as needed.
Ensure all security protocols including data encryption and secure access are followed.
Conduct regular system audits to maintain compliance with organizational policies.
Organize firmwide security awareness training
Support data backup processes to prevent data loss.
Ensure proper data organization accessibility and retrieval.
Assist in maintaining data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Bachelor s degree in Hard or Applied sciences such as computer science engineering Applied Physics or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience (Post NYSC) in technology preferably in the investment industry or related financial services sector.
Knowledge in driving and supporting technology.
Proficiency with operating systems (Windows MacOS Linux) software applications and basic networking concepts.
Knowledge on information security trends and security protocols
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
