Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced SpeechLanguage Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a hybrid role serving students both inperson and virtually throughout Georgia. This position offers flexibility allowing you to work remotely part of the time while also providing handson inperson services.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in supporting students with speech and language challenges creating personalized treatment plans and delivering highquality therapy in a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in IEP meetings to provide expert recommendations.
  • Evaluate students speech and language abilities to diagnose communication disorders.
  • Work closely with teachers administrators and families to support students speech and language development.
  • Offer virtual consultations and support to teachers and staff on strategies to enhance student communication in the classroom.
  • Provide speech and language therapy both inperson and through virtual platforms to elementary middle and high school students.
  • Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with diverse speech and language needs ensuring alignment with state and district goals.

Requirements

  • Master s degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology.
  • Current Georgia SLP licensures and ASHA certification (CCCSLP).
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology tools for remote instruction.
  • Experience with both virtual and inperson service delivery especially within a school setting.
  • Knowledge of state and federal special education regulations particularly related to IEP development and implementation.
