As an Instructional Designer & Developer you will design and deliver innovative training materials enhancing organizational capabilities and employee experiences. Collaborating closely with teams you ll leverage cuttingedge instructional design methodologies to create resources that empower global professionals to excel.

Work Setup: Hybrid Metro Manila
- Deliver engaging learning and development programs to enhance individual and organizational capabilities while fostering a positive employee experience.
- Design interactive instructional content that incorporates learning theories instructional design methodologies and bestpractice elearning approaches to address organizational needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand training requirements analyze learning needs and produce highquality training resources.
- Develop and create costeffective highquality instructional materials guides and other training tools to enhance managerial and organizational capabilities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with staff and managers to deliver exceptional learning and development services aligned with customer needs.
- Contribute to the development of strategies processes and activities for learning and development applying industry best practices to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Evaluate and refine technical soft skills behavioral and leadership training for various audiences to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends policy obligations and emerging challenges and recommend innovative solutions to optimize learning and organizational development.

- Balancing strategic organizational priorities with delivering impactful learning services that ensure positive employee and client experiences.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of learning and development activities in a rapidly changing environment.
- Using stakeholder and client feedback to continuously improve training initiatives while addressing competing needs and expectations.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- At least 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer and 3 years in learning and development training or instructional design within the BPO industry.
- Proven expertise in instructional design and instructional technology.
- Indepth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Strong proficiency in lesson and curriculum planning.
- Skilled in using course development software and at least one Learning Management System (LMS) preferably a SCORMcompliant tool or equivalent.
- Ability to create effective copy instructional text audio scripts and video scripts.
