Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Fulltime
- 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
- Thursday to Monday
- Could be 96 or 107 or 85 PDT (12am 9am 1am 10am or 11pm 8am Manila Time)
- With 1 hour unpaid break in between
- Handling all incoming sales inquiries from various lead sources
- Answering questions and addressing concerns from potential customers
- Converting inquiries into booked appointments by building trust and rapport
- Managing communication with clients via phone text email and other channels
- Entering bookings into calendar and CRM system
- Occasional follow up with existing customers on additional services
- Handle 80% inquiries via text/email 20% via phone calls
- Target 2530% closure rate from 100 leads
Requirements
- Excellent phone written and verbal communication abilities
- Previous experience in sales customer service or related field
- Strong listening and problem solving skills
- Reliability and focus during entire shift
- Passion for connecting with customers and building relationships
- HMO Coverage after 90 days
