Our company has a client in Dallas TX that is seeking a Scrum Master.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team particularly someone with a strong background in claims and billing processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with PI (Program Increment) planning. As a Scrum Master you will guide and support our teams in the adoption of Agile practices ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning retrospectives and reviews * Lead and coordinate PI planning sessions to align teams on objectives and deliverables
* Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles
* Remove impediments that hinder the team s progress especially in the context of claims and billing workflows
* Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements related to claims and billing
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
* Track and report on team progress metrics and deliverables specifically in claims and billing projects
* Support the development and implementation of Agile best practices across the organization
* Build a trusting and safe environment where team members feel comfortable to share their ideas and concerns
Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Business or related field (or equivalent experience) * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification * 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment with specific experience in claims and billing processes * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum Kanban etc.) * Experience with PI planning and largescale Agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe) is a plus * Excellent facilitation coaching and mentoring skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
