Position Overview: As a Venture Capital Intern you will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in the venture capital industry. You will work closely with our investment team to evaluate potential investment opportunities conduct market research perform due diligence and support portfolio companies. This internship offers a unique chance to learn from industry professionals contribute to investment decisions and immerse yourself in the exciting world of startups and venture capital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to assess the financial viability of potential investments.
• Assist in due diligence processes including reviewing company documents and conducting interviews with founders and industry experts.
• Prepare investment memos presentations and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support portfolio companies with various operational and strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry news emerging technologies and market developments.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program preferably in finance business economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for startups entrepreneurship and venture capital.
• Previous experience in finance consulting startups or related fields is a plus but not required.
