Job Description
As a People Business Partner youll spearhead HR initiatives drive engagement and foster professional growth for employees while ensuring compliance and promoting a thriving work culture. You ll collaborate with global teams to shape innovative HR strategies that create a meaningful impact.
Your Daily Tasks
Business Partnership
- Build strong trusted and influential relationships with stakeholders clients employees department and division heads by being responsive prompt and collaborative in all dealings.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation and consult with management when appropriate.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Operations Team to develop sound HR solutions programs and policies for clients.
- Offer guidance and input on business unit structures/restructures workforce planning and succession planning.
- Assess and anticipate HRrelated needs of clients and employees.
Employee Relations Engagement and Retention
- Provide timely feedback and resolution to employee concerns.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships build morale and enhance productivity and retention.
- Initiate and drive employee engagement activities rewards and recognition programs.
- Conduct regular touchpoints with employees through oneonones small group meetings and focus group discussions (FGDs) consolidating insights and action items into reports.
- Facilitate exit interviews and submit reports to the employee s immediate superior and business unit head.
Performance Management
- Conduct recommend and implement probationary and annual performance reviews.
- Execute employee movements including changes in employment status promotions merit increases and salary reviews.
- Provide performance management guidance to clients employees and people managers through interventions such as coaching counseling and performance improvement plans (PIP).
Career Management and Learning and Development
- Facilitate career development discussions with clients and talents.
- Identify and develop future leaders running necessary programs and training initiatives to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development Team to identify training needs for business units and individuals.
- Participate in evaluating and monitoring the success of training programs ensuring objectives are met through followups.
Employee Discipline
- Maintain indepth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance consulting HR leaders when necessary.
- Enforce company policies including the Code of Conduct through learning sessions roadshows and effective discipline management.
- Manage and resolve complex disciplinary issues by conducting thorough effective and objective investigations.
Compliance and Occupational Safety & Health
- Implement maintain and inspect workplace health and safety standards.
- Provide safety management advice monitoring and reporting.
- Engage employees in programs that promote safe practices and conduct training or meetings to share best practices.
- Ensure compliance with government protocols and standards set by agencies like DOLE PEZA and BOI.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform assigned functions duties and responsibilities as directed by the company.
- Comply with orders and instructions from the company s authorized representatives.
- Execute administrative and nonadministrative duties as assigned through written or verbal instructions.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelors degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a fastpaced environment in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with handson experience in building dashboards and working knowledge of data visualization tools (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multitask initiate lead and work under minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Growth mindset with comfort in challenging the status quo and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
- Outstanding client relationshipbuilding collaboration and engagement skills coupled with a strong sense of customer service integrity accountability and responsibility.
- Solid experience in labor laws government regulations compliance requirements policy development and implementation discipline management performance management talent development client management and strategic business partnering.
- Knowledge and expertise in managing change processes within complex organizational systems.
- Proven experience in leading and implementing accountspecific or programspecific projects.
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule and report onsite as required.
