Must have a relevant experience as Business Development Manager
Must have the tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets

Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.
Understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and participants NDIS plans is a plus
Research and identify new business opportunities including growth areas trends customers partnerships or new ways of reaching existing markets
Generate leads and cold call support coordinators
Foster and develop relationships with support coordinators direct them to a landing page detailing our complete list of services the aim is to have them refer participants to us
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
Think strategically seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
Work strategically carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
