Our growing team is looking for a talented SEO Supervisor to help us elevate our digital presence and drive organic traffic for our clients.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Supervisor who is passionate about search engine optimization and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will lead our SEO team implementing strategies that enhance our clients online visibility and search rankings. You will collaborate with various departments including content design and analytics to drive traffic and grow revenue for our clients in the KSA market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and rankings for clients.
- Supervise and mentor a team of SEO specialists providing guidance on best practices and performance improvements.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify highpotential opportunities for clients.
- Optimize website content architecture and onpage elements to improve search rankings and user experience.
- Analyze and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics Search Console and others.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and algorithm changes in SEO and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of client campaigns.
- Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and data insights.
- Provide training and workshops to clients and internal staff on SEO principles and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of managing successful SEO campaigns.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms ranking factors and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush Ahrefs Moz and Google Analytics.
- Proven Experience with E commerce websites
- Experience leading and mentoring a team.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with local SEO strategies tailored to the KSA market is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and content management systems (CMS) is desirable.

Qualification : Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in account management within the advertising or marketing industry. Strong understanding of the Saudi market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Proficient in using marketing tools and software, as well as MS Office Suite. Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
