Our client a leading fintech company is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Risk Management in Operations:
Evaluating and assessing payment acceptance units
Monitoring card payment transactions/payment gateways and handling transaction disputes and complaints related to payment acceptance units payment cards (both domestic and international).
Regulation and Policy Development:
Develop and manage regulations processes and policies related to payment gateway services including transaction limits and risk management policies for payment gateways
Establish procedures for receiving and processing disputes and complaints regarding payment cards in compliance with the regulations and policies of the State Bank and international card organizations.
Implementation of Procedures: Implement regulations processes and guidelines related to managing various types of risks from customers partners and systems of intermediary payment services.
Risk Monitoring: Detect and promptly address any incidents arising during operations.
Risk Trend Analysis: Aggregate analyze and forecast risk trends; propose risk mitigation and prevention strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Banking and Finance Information Systems or any related fields.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and English for professional purposes.
- At least 2 years of experience in card risk management in a bank or finance company.
- Knowledgeable about dispute and complaint processing regulations of international card organizations NAPAS etc.
- Preference for candidates with knowledge of compliance and risk in card and electronic payment transactions.
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Information Systems or any related fields. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and English for professional purposes. At least 2 years of experience in card risk management in a bank or finance company.
