Position Description:
- Security Engineer will serve as the security engineer of complex technology implementations in a productcentric environment; is
- Comfortable with bridging the gap between legacy development or operations teams and working toward a shared culture and vision.
- Works to ensure developers create the most secure systems while enhancing the privacy of all system users.
- Experience with whitehat hacking and fundamental computer science concepts.
- Perform security audits risk analysis applicationlevel vulnerability testing and security code reviews.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities.
- Conduct research to identify new attack vectors.
- Knowledge and experience in safeguarding sensitive data from cyberattacks.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with developing and implementing technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities.
- 2 years of experience in extended detection and response (XDR) and utilizing an attack surface platform to identify security exploits.
Education Required:
- Bachelors degree in an ITrelated or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a yearforyear basis.
Additional Information:
- The consultant will be working the graveyard shift from 9:00 pm 6:00 am PST.
- Working days are Saturday through Wednesday and fully (100%) remote.
