About the Opportunity: As a Training Support Technician the ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately tracking inspector progress ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and supporting the ongoing enhancement of our Blackboard systems.

Position: Training Support Technician PHP (Pipeline)

Work Location: OnSite Oklahoma City OK

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately track and inspector progress ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and supporting the ongoing enhancement of our Blackboard systems.
• Advanced content management and monitoring of OJT progress within Blackboard generating detailed reports resolving complex system issues and providing expert user support.

Basic Qualifications

• Blackboard expert with extensive experience in LMS management database management and a robust technical background
• The candidate will be Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Blackboard within the Division leading best practices and strategic improvements. Gradebook Integration
• This role will be instrumental in driving system functionality and innovation to support our OJT initiatives.
