Job Title: Lead .NET Developer

Location: Albany NY(Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract W2

Theyre looking for a strong .NET developer with at least 3 years of lead experience as that is where candidates have been falling short recently. It is a multiyear project and we have people who have been there for 5 years.

Description:
Understand user requirements and write clean code from frontend to backend layers
Participate in the design and review sessions
Build visually appealing frontend of applications following design guidelines
Write effective web APIs using .net core technologies
Write unit tests for the code that is developed to ensure bug free code
Write database scripts and ensure optimal query performance
Troubleshoot debug and remediate bugs/defects
Write technical documentation
Can Work independently
Work with the others (Technical Business)
Document Standard Operating Procedure and perform knowledge transfer to others.
As part of application support lifecycle address defects and enhancements.
Align NYS compliance standards into design architecture and application framework including coding UI to accessibility standards.
Participate in incident resolution postimplementation as required.
