Job Description
Pulmonary RegisteredRespiratory Therapist Adult/Gen pediatric Please only submitcandidates that area aware of their submission to our facility. Please do notallow candidates to contact facility. Please only submit candidates with anactive NM or compact license. Please note time off requests must be disclosedwith initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested afterthe acceptance date will not be approved. 2 years experience current required providescardiopulmonary diagnostic and respiratory therapeutic support for patients inthe Hospital and/or outpatients that require cardiopulmonary diagnostictesting respiratory treatment and/or ventilatory support flexible andaccustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13week travel assignment. When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager) a resume and completed skills checklist/competency assessment. CERTS: BLS required. PALS NRP and ACLS preferred. BLS (ACLS andPALS if obtained) must be completed through American Heart AssociationAmerican Health and Safety or American Red Cross. EMR: EPIC experiencepreferred. SHIFTS: 12 hour Nights shift. . Weekends/Holidays required. May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.On call weekends and holidays may be required. Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or sameshifts. ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract not to exceed40 total hours and includes EPIC training. SCRUBS: Required and provided by thefacility.
