Job Description
Job Title: Stone and Tile Salesperson
Location: Omaha NE
Employment Type: Fulltime
Compensation: Depending on experience level; either hourly or base plus commission.
Responsibilities
Learn about various tile lines and material types to promote them effectively to clients.
Create bids proposals quotes and invoices as needed for materials.
Develop design schemes to assist clients in their decisionmaking process.
Organize and maintain stone slab job information folders for the scheduler/shop assistant.
Assist in creating tile parts to be entered into the system for ordering desired products.
Participate in weekly sales meetings.
Help with stone slab template layouts ensuring client approval before fabrication.
Communicate with suppliers and purchasing personnel for material lot photos stock checks freight and other client inquiries.
Coordinate change orders to be entered into the accounting system and ensure appropriate invoicing with the shop.
Experience and Qualifications
Background in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred.
Ability to read plans elevations sections and details is required.
College education preferably in an Interior Design or Architecture program.
Must be able to work in the U.S. and possess a valid drivers license.
All experience levels will be considered.
