Job Summary: RN Progressive Care Unit Night.
Role: Overseeing patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional practice model.
Responsibilities: Detailed clinical assessments creating and evaluating care plans and managing patient responses.
Other duties: Building relationships with patients and families educating patients families nurses and community members coordinating with colleagues and community for care plans and problemsolving with patients families and staff.
Skills required: Deep understanding of nursing and patient care standards knowledge of nursing laws rules standards and guidelines proficiency in medical terms respect for medical and professional nursing ethics exceptional communication skills positive social skills excellent problemsolving capabilities and basic computer skills.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited program in nursing a current and valid nursing license and BLS certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days.
