Job Description
Job Location: Waxahachie TX 75165
Clinical Orientation/Training: 68 weeks Dallas and Fort Worth
Preferred Skills: PrePost Cardiac/Tele or PACU/ICU Advanced critical thinking skills selfmotivation adaptability time management innovation and process improvement focus
Shift/Schedule: Full Time Nights 3/12s
Patient ratio: Night Shift 1:4
Certifications Required: ACLS BLS
Job Responsibilities: Conduct assessments review and revise care plans coordinate and document discharge planning and referrals patient teaching and postop care provision
Qualifications: Graduate of an Accredited Program in nursing current and valid nursing license and BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of starting the role.
