Job Description
Job Title: RN ICU Float Day
Location: Dallas TX
Shift: Full Time 7:00am 7:00pm

Role: Coordinating patient care assessing patients planning personalized care evaluating responses to health issues ensuring patient safety delegating interventions to team members making recommendations that impact patient outcomes
Responsibilities: Focusing on patient and family needs developing and adjusting nursing care plans creating a safe environment embracing diversity providing continuous education evaluating and recording learning progress problemsolving seeking professional development opportunities contributing to community service
Skills: Thorough knowledge of nursing and patient care standards and procedures familiarity with relevant laws rules and regulations understanding of health promotion risk reduction illness and disease prevention and management effective communication skills critical thinking and problemsolving abilities general computer skills
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited program in nursing 2 years of RN ICU experience basic life support certification or ability to get it within 30 days of starting.
